Hoags Connect - Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your data associated with the Hoags Connect app, please follow the steps below:

Steps to Request Data Deletion:

1. Open the Hoags Connect app and navigate to the Menu section.
2. Click on Delete Account to initiate the process.
3. You can also email us at support@hoags.in to request data deletion.

Types of Data Deleted:

When you request data deletion, the following types of data will be removed from our servers:

• Personal information (e.g., name, email)
• Usage data (e.g., app interactions, preferences)

Data Retention Policy:

Certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, such as transaction records, for a period of up to 6 months.
